Consumer aim

Towards A New Consumer? Towards A New Consumer Policy?A Nordic conference with the aim of increasing the dialogue between consumer researchers and the practitioners of consumer policy.

Important dates

Abstracts of individual papers as well as proposals for special sessions will have to be submitted no later than March 1, 2007. For accepted abstracts, full version of the papers (10 to 20 pages) will have to be submitted no later than August 31, 2007. Authors will be notified of acceptance no later than May 1, 2007. Accepted papers will be published on this website prior to the conference.

Only papers for which full versions have been submitted can be presented at the conference. The papers will be included in a proceedings volume available to all interested parties ahead of the conference. This should not prevent an author from later publishing the paper, in revised form, as a journal article.

Conference fee

There will be no conference fee and most meals and coffees will be provided free of charge. Participants, however, will have to take care of their own travel and hotel arrangements and expenses.
